Consultation (Free)

The first step of your journey involves us getting to know one another and learning more about your goals, visions and map out where we want to be and how we can get there.

Week 1 - 4

Re-visit your goals and create an in-depth plan of how you want to achieve them. Get familiar with your weekly goals and begin your personalised training program that fits your busy work/life regime.


Week 5 - 8

See and experience changes in your physique, mindset and habits while making necessary adjustments to suit.


Week 9 - 12

Overcome plateaus and drops in motivation by never falling off track and learning how to maintain your goals in ways that suit you.

Week 12+
Continue with 1-1 PT or join my online group coaching to stay accountable and continue making progress (group coaching launching 2025)

How does online personal training work?


1. Personalised Consultation:  
We start by discussing what's most important to you—your goals, what you want to achieve from the program, and how you envision your future.

2. Tailored Workouts:
Each week, you'll receive customised workouts designed to fit your lifestyle, available time, and the equipment you have on hand. These workouts are specifically crafted to help you progress towards your goals.

3. Nutritional Guidance:
Along with your workouts, you'll get personalised nutritional advice that goes beyond just following a meal plan. I’ll work with you on mindset and behaviour changes that are crucial for long-term success. And if you ever feel stuck or have a tough moment, I’m just a WhatsApp message away to provide support.

4. Weekly Check-In Calls:
The cornerstone of your success is accountability. We’ll have weekly check-in calls to discuss how the week went, what worked, what didn’t, and where we can make improvements. These calls ensure you stay on track and allow us to make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
