Also setting my non-negotiables has helped me do MORE! I think it’s because when you've ticked off the minimum goals set, it makes you want to do more and it highlights what extra time and energy I have to do things.
Plus I’ve realised it's not just about finding the time, it’s about doing more in the time I've got.
Another win for me was Easter bank holiday, usually I would be sneaking the kids chocolate when no one's looking because it'd be one of those things I shouldn't/can't have, but this Easter I've known I can have them IF I want them, which actually helped me make the decision that I don't want it.
This has come from the language you use. It’s helped me change my mindset as you’re always asking "how is your nutrition" rather than "how is you diet" which really helps me think more about fuelling my body correctly rather than restricting myself."

The thing that’s changed the most throughout my time with Georgina is my mental health/relationship with food and my sleep. I have a better relationship with food for sure!
I’m most proud of myself as during lockdown this year it wasn’t the easiest for anyone! And this is when I reached out to Georgina asking for help and advice as my mental health and weight was becoming a real issue. As other routes such as non personalised fitness apps and slimming world has failed me in the past. I’ve made a real long term change with Georgina.
I am continuing to follow and learn through Georgina’s Social Media. I feel that I’ve finally made that long term change for myself both physically and mentally.
Georgina’s coaching has been amazing! She is so supportive no matter what your current physical fitness. I really enjoyed her approach and outlook on food and mental well-being overall fitness brings. It’s not about being completely restrictive. It’s about a balance so you can actually enjoy the process! Georgina is there 110% of the way if you’re finding it difficult and encourages you so much.
