"I am in a good state of mind and health. I honestly didn't think I would be able to improve much, oh how I was wrong.

I am leaner, even though I'm not losing any weight, I am stronger and lifting heavy bags seems far easier, I have more cardio endurance, and my running, yes running?!  is getting quicker and easier.

But the biggest win of all, mentally I am stronger than I have been for decades, due to mindfulness, being present and aware. Loving life and seeing everything clearly for what it is.....life!"

"A new thing for me was “I need to go for a walk because I’m mardy”. This is big for more because since sticking to the group sessions it’s made me realise how happy exercise makes me feel, so now on the days I feel tired or mardy, I know going for a walk will help me.

Also setting my non-negotiables has helped me do MORE! I think it’s because when you've ticked off the minimum goals set, it makes you want to do more and it highlights what extra time and energy I have to do things.

Plus I’ve realised it's not just about finding the time, it’s about doing more in the time I've got. 

Another win for me was Easter bank holiday, usually I would be sneaking the kids chocolate when no one's looking because it'd be one of those things I shouldn't/can't have, but this Easter I've known I can have them IF I want them, which actually helped me make the decision that I don't want it.

This has come from the language you use. It’s helped me change my mindset as you’re always asking "how is your nutrition" rather than "how is you diet" which really helps me think more about fuelling my body correctly rather than restricting myself."

"I started with the 10 Day Challenge. I then progressed to 1-1 with Georgina. 

The thing that’s changed the most throughout my time with Georgina is my mental health/relationship with food and my sleep. I have a better relationship with food for sure! 

I’m most proud of myself as during lockdown this year it wasn’t the easiest for anyone! And this is when I reached out to Georgina asking for help and advice as my mental health and weight was becoming a real issue. As other routes such as non personalised fitness apps and slimming world has failed me in the past. I’ve made a real long term change with Georgina. 

I am continuing to follow and learn through Georgina’s Social Media. I feel that I’ve finally made that long term change for myself both physically and mentally.

"Not just saying this - but the best trainer experience I've ever had and undoubtedly worth the money. That's all whilst being totally virtual which I was sceptical was going to be effective until COVID made it a necessity.
Instruction is clear, G always takes a common sense approach and does a superb job of saving you from yourself (I.e reminding you to wise up and enjoy yourself once in a while). Check-ins are regular, chilled out, but very clear and useful. Plus G is obviously a lovely person and easy to get along with but I knew that prior to the programme, but it's nice to see that carries over to when you become a client!"

Didn't think weight loss could be as comfortable as it has been. Comfortable probably a better word than "easy". Certainly not easy but not once have I felt hungry, overly fatigued or anything like that.
I've also learned a lot about the foods around me which is great.
Top marks all round for G-Fit, couldn't beat it with a big stick as my Grandfather always said. You won't regret making the time / financial investment into the programme because you will absolutely get the results if you do as she says."

"I really like the structured format of the training schedule, having a plan for the week is a huge help for me as I struggle to motivate myself to go for a run or exercise on my own. Part of the problem comes from not knowing what workouts to do on your own, it's easy to just say 'do pushups' or squats and things like that, but it does get boring that way. I feel like I've benefited a lot from the structured workouts that have been provided in the online training."
