WALKING GROUP

Join me/us on a range of walks around Saddleworth each week!

For each walk, I’ll update you on meeting points, distance and terrain.

As the group grows, there’ll be a mixture of easy after-work walks, daytime hikes or weekend adventures. But to get us started there'll be a weekly walk every Wednesday at 7pm.

RUNNING GROUP

All abilities are welcome!

Routes are 3-5k (for now).

Beginners, you can use this to help build up your stamina.

For more experienced runners, you can use these as interval or speed sessions (I'll run you through the details each week).

This group is a social, friendly and supportive running community
